Increase the character limit to 2000

Bug:

• Currently the Iframe Import tool has an uncaught exception that freezes the import if a URL is longer than 250 characters. 

Solution:

• Increase the limit to 2000 characters. 

Notes: 

• We have set the character limit as 2000, longer URLs will not be added via the URL Import Tool or the Add URLs feature. If you have a URL that is longer than 2000 characters we advise using wildcards to pattern match.
• If you have encountered an issue where the URL Import Tool has encountered a long URL on version 6.3.1, you will need to restart your instance to clear the long running task.
