Forums dropdown menu is unclickable after upgrading to Confluence 7.12

      Description

      The forums dropdown menu (Recent Forums list, Forum Directory) does not work after upgrading to Confluence 7.12. The workaround for now is to open the link in a new tab.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Install Confluence
      2. Create a Forum
      3. Click on the dropdown menu (Recent Forums list, Forum Directory)
      Expected Outcome

      When clicking on the menu items, users would be redirected to the links.
