Change the description in Used By Report

As a PC user

I want to change the intro text in Used By Report starting page (see attachment)

So that it looks more neat and delivers clear purpose to me what this report does.

It's done when:

• the "Examples" section is removed
• Old description is removed and new description says "Object Dependencies report allows you to find project configuration elements and see their dependencies and usage."
• The launch button says only "Launch" and nothing else
