Description

Import process fails when a multiuser picker custom field with user filters is included in the new configuration.  

Expected Behaviour

Import must work fine without custom field errors.

Actual Behaviour

When you are exporting a multiuser picker with filters everything is ok, but when you try to import , one error is shown: 

"Unmet pre-condition: User filter custom field is an User Picker field"

 h1. Analysis

This error occurs because starting with Jira 8.4.0 multiuser picker custom field can also have user filters. With the fix, Project Configurator will support this enhancement of user filters.
