Project Versions Import - start date doesn't get imported (Complete Imports only)

When doing Complete Imports, the Start Date property of Versions was not being imported correctly.

In Complete Imports, Versions are loaded in the Data Import phase, using JIRA's Import Tool. For this reason, they were skipped in the next phase.
Versions are no longer skipped in the secondary configuration import, so this property is recovered.
