Service desk changes must be selected as "skipped" when the user chooses to skip "Project changes"

As a service desk is always part of a project of type "service desk", it makes sense that if the user wants to skip "Project changes", that will imply skipping "service desks" too.

Additionally the correct configuration of the Service desk depends quite often on role members or permission schemes, so if the project did not switch to the new configursations of those items, it should not change either to the new configuration for the service desk (or it would risk some inconsistencies...)
