Support new configuration in Kanban boards to hide done issues older than set limit

This new setting applies to Kanban boards, starting with JIRA 7.9.0. It hides from the "Done" column issues that have not been updated for longer than the set limit.

This is now supported by Project Configurator (for example, you can set it in a staging environment and migrate that setting to a production instance)
