Adding filename validation in export form

'File name' is a mandatory field in the export form but its value was not being checked. This means that the user could launch an export with an empty name and it would fail.

The 'File name' field is now verified for a valid name, checking that it ends with '.xml' and '.zip' for configuration and complete exports respectively.
