Better error handling when an Agile board being exported does not have a filter

When exporting, if a board does not have a filter and the selected Scrum and Kanban boards option is "Associated to exported projects", the export stopped with a null pointer exception which does not provide much info about the error.

This change adds a better error message for this situation. It explains the error and shows the name and id of the board with no filter.
