Error on importing boards when setting fields in the backlog view.

PCDEV-699 does not cover the use case that the error of "=The selected filter is not available to you, perhaps it has been deleted or had its permissions changed" is not displayed when fields are being on set the backlog view.

This use case should also be covered by Project Configurator.
