Support email configuration of a service desk

This will support migration of the following features:

• Email requests: ON-OFF
• Linked email account.
• Request type for email received requests

WARNING: the password to connect to the mail server is included without encryption in the exported configuration. If this means too high a risk in your case, remove that password at the source instance, export, import and then update to the actual password at the target.
