Change title of "Convert absolute URLs..." built-in script

In previous versions of Confluence if a user pasted an absolute URL, they would lose features such as incoming links, or if the page title changed it would then be a broken link. This built-in script fixes those absolute URLs and its name should be something simple that describes this. 

Rename to: "Convert absolute URLs to Confluence Links" 

This should be updated on the built-in script description and anywhere in the documentation (including screenshots).
