The link to content indexing section is leading to page with missing tab error

Steps:

-Create a new custom search extractor. Once the extractor is created, click on the link in the notification asking the content to be reindexed.

Actual Results:

The clicking of the link leads to a page with an error mentioning 'Missing Tab'

The url of the page is: 'http://{hosturl}/plugins/servlet/scriptrunner/admin/%7B$baseUrl%7D/admin/search-indexes.action'

The link should be redirected to the proper page.
