Browse Tab 'New Feature' Indicator does not work properly

Description:

The orange dot indicating new features does not disappear from the browse tab after viewing all new scripts available in Confluence.

Steps to Reproduce:

• View all of the new scripts that are available in confluence. 

Expected Result: 

The orange dot indicator next the the 'Browse' tab will disappear. 

Actual Result: 

The indicator does not disappear.
