Description
At the moment, the Create Page Macro crudely handles Templates by taking template content and putting it into a newly created page. As a result, dynamic template data, like template variables and macros, are not being passed through.
To solve this problem, we should hook the Create Page Macro together with the Confluence Template Wizard so that users don't lose any template functionality when using the macro.
