Add release notes

To add your release notes:

• Create a task branch
• See current-release.adoc in the SR source code for how new release notes are created or for more detailed instructions go here
• Add your release notes
• The table of fixes for the release notes can be generated by going to the release version in product support and following the instructions here
• Create a pull request and then merge to master after they've been reviewed
