PageSelect component tick box not behaving

in the new Lazy load page tree component "PageSelect" when a parent page selected it is still possible to select and unselect the tick box's of the children pages.

if the checkboxes are enabled in the options "hideCheckbox: false" and the children pages are visible "hideChildren: false," the behaviour should be that the checkboxes of the children should be disabled when the checkbox is ticked of the parent page.

please fix this bug and add appropriate test coverage for this case in "PageSelect.spec.ts".
