Description
As a user of ScriptRunner for Confluence AND Comala Workflow
I want SR4C to create a new JIRA ticket when a Comala Workflow is approved
so that I can have this process automatised, therefore, speeding up things at the same time reducing human errors
Acceptance Criteria
- to create a script that can be used in the Script Listeners feature on SR4C that creates a new JIRA ticket when a workflow is approved in Comala Workflow
- This should be documented in a Recipes example on https://scriptrunner.adaptavist.com/latest/confluence/
- Stretch goal: example in Adaptavist Library (talk to tbatagiannis about how to get those PR'd in ?)
Notes
- Example of script on how to create a new JIRA project can be found here https://scriptrunner.adaptavist.com/latest/confluence/ConfluenceEventHandlers.html#_creating_a_jira_project_whenever_a_confluence_space_is_created
- On Event Listeners, in the field "Events" if you type "comala" you will see a list of all events that Comala has
Known Issues
Be aware that SRPLAT-560 can affect customers using the script examples we've documented in this feature. The workaround for now is simply to disable and re-enable ScriptRunner after Confluence restarts. Likewise, customers affected may wish to watch/vote for SRPLAT-560.
