Mugshot Gallery Macro should work for all authenticated users

    Description

      The Mugshot Gallery Macro was recently (SR for Confluence 5.5.11) updated to honor the View User Profiles permission for anonymous users. However, in doing so, it was broken for authenticated users, who should be able to browser user profiles as well.

      This needs to change so that, if the user is anonymous, the View User Profile permission is respected. If the user is authenticated, they should be able to view the Mugshot Macro, as they can already view user profiles.
