      Description

Point number 3 of this original request was raised in https://productsupport.adaptavist.com/browse/SRJ-8

      Essentially, the request is:
      3. We'd like to display the various script runner links (Script Console, Built-in Scripts, etc.) only to system administrators. I know regular administrators cannot be effectively prevented from using scripts (such as through workflow post functions) in any case, but we're more concerned of the mess some of our admins may cause with an incorrect usage of the built-in scripts, for this reason we'd like to display those links only for system admins.
I realize this requires editing of the plugin code. I tried to add a condition to the web-resource and web-item items for those links (as documented here https://developer.atlassian.com/docs/getting-started/plugin-modules/web-item-plugin-module#WebItemPluginModule-ConditionandConditionsElements), but that doesn't appear to have made the trick as I was still able to see them as a normal admin.
