      Description

      Much like the current 'copy project' allows to optionally include greenhopper config, it would be a great advantage to include SVD settings as well.

      Context

      Our support is primarily 2nd-line. We try to push new customers towards selecting one of a predefined selection of support strategies, rather than negoviating a unique support package.

      Consequently, each of the different support packages contain their own predefined set of SLA metrics, reports, queueus, portal layouts.

      Having become a fan of the copy project built in script, it would be great to see service desk setup to be included as a new option.

      That would allow us to work with template project for service desk as well.
