Can't use behaviours with issue picker in behaviours select list conversion field

    Description

      Using the issue picker select list conversion example here its not possible to set a default value using behaviours properly or mark the field as read-only.

      We should be able to use the issue key as the value like below and have the issue picker work out what one to use:

      getFieldById(getFieldChanged()).setFormValue("SSPA-2")

      In other words behaviours does not work properly with this type of field.
