Canned Listener to Synchronize Linked Issues

Many Scripted Fields are based on aggregating information from linked issues, subtasks/parents, or epics/stories. It's a common support problem that people create these Scripted Fields, and then can't get accurate queries of them because the index gets out of sync when the linked issue, parent/subtask, or epic/story gets updated.

We have published a workaround, but it would be nice if we had a simple built-in listener with options to reindex related issues automatically.

It would also be good to suggest that the user to turn the listener on when they're creating a Scripted Field, or in the Scripted Fields screen. Turning it on by default seems a bridge too far, since many users will already have such a listener in place.
