canned script field to display issue type in the hierarchy above

Lots of customer script fields involve showing the parent X. We can provide a built-in script that is configurable in what links or portfolio links to follow upwards.

We would index the issue key/id, but could maybe display the chain of issues up to the top.

Should be power pack maybe.
