Behaviours: Extend use of the setFieldOptions function to other field types

Currently, the setFieldOptions form field function is only effective on select list type fields. We should extend the use of the function to cover more field types, such as checkbox and radio button fields. This would allow users to dynamically set the possible items to check/select in more than just select list fields.
