JSD Behaviours - Behaviour lost after server validation fail

After Server Validation fail behaviours are not re-applied

Steps tor reproduce

• In a request type where the summary field is required (or with a validator in the create issue step)
• Create a Service Desk Behaviour in order to make any field read only
• Click create issue (via portal) the field with the readonly behaviour is read only indeed
• Click create without adding a summary
• The form will not get submitted (with a 400 error)
• The field which was read only
