Add a Script Fields Template for Dates without timestamps

When configuring a Script Field there is no option to choose a Date template that doesn't include a timestamp. This can be accomplished by creating a Custom Template, however, in doing so the Script Field will be moved to the Issue Details panel instead of the Dates panel. The easiest and best way to fix this would be to simply add a new template to Script Fields that allow you to do this instead.
