Cannot set time spent field to read only

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a behaviour and set the time spent field to read only
2. More -> Log work on an issue

You would expect the time spent field to be read only but is not. And the following message appears to browser logs

[SR Behaviours] Unrecognised backend ID, or possibly field with no available options: timespent
