      Description

      If you add a select list conversion to a field and have Capture for JIRA installed, the field will not display correctly while on agile board view pages. 

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Implement this example from the documentation.
      2. Install Capture for JIRA. 
      3. Go to an agile board page. 
      4. Click the 'Create' button. 
      5. On the create popup window the field will not display correctly. See screenshot:
