Provide an analogue to ${approval.buttons} in the custom email bindings

${approval.buttons} is a recently-added 'message variable' available when writing templates for Service Desk notification emails: it adds button-style links to the email which the recipient can click to approve or reject the issue to which the email pertains.

It would be convenient if customers could use a similar shorthand to generate these buttons in ScriptRunner custom emails.
