If a user has never entered any content into the script console within the JIRA GUI since clearing their browser cache and then they try to open the inteliJ editor with the Idea icon you will see a error in the web browsers developer tools console as shown in the attached screenshot.
Note: you still have to accept the ssl certificate before the http 500 error shows
You do get errors in the inteliJ log but no entries in the JIRA logs. (attached)
The intelij GUI opens as if its trying to load the file but not file is created. It just loads the IDEA project but without the actual groovy file created.
