Description
Scriptrunner action for a4j only executes if there's issues in the context.
Have seen this question come up twice now: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Marketplace-Apps-questions/How-to-enable-ScriptRunner-script-in-Automation-Script-Task/qaq-p/999120
So basically with an a4j scheduled trigger you can select to not run a JQL option, in which case we'd simply pass an empty list of issues down to the pluggable action. Customers have the expectation that this should then execute the script (just to run it on a schedule).
