Behaviours Mapping screen can only search on the first 100 RequestTypes and 50 Service Desks

If users have more than 100 Request Types defined, when they try to search for a specific Request Type in the Mapping screen it will only be able to search over the first 100 results.

The REST request that gets the Request Type's from the server is hardcoded to only get the first 100.

Update: The same problem happens for the "Service Desk" field with the one difference that this field by default only gets the first 50 "Service Desks".
