    Description

The behavior script mapped to the Service Desk request type will not be applied if the Service Desk request page takes more than 3 seconds to load the HTTP call

      /rest/servicedesk/<PORTAL_ID>/customer/models

This log line is displayed inside the browser console:

[SR Behaviours] Behaviours not applicable to the current form / screen

Steps to reproduce (does not occur all the time):

      • Install the third-party plugin "Extension for Jira Service Desk" and configure some bundled fields
      • Add more than 150 fields to a request type screen (including the "Extension for Jira Service Desk" fields)
      • Add a simple behavior script on the service desk request type
      • Open the request page from the service desk portal

      Expected result:
The request page is loaded and the behavior script is applied to the page

      Actual result:
The request page is loaded but the behavior script is not applied to the page

The problem is more likely to occur if you simulate a slow network.
