Behaviours: Edit popup dialog does not trigger since 5.5.5

How to produce:
1. Run SR 5.5.5 and Jira 7.13.1 (any jira version will do).
2. Run AAA test.
3. Create a behaviour for one of the project and make description field read-only from the given options.
4. Create an issue.

Outcome:
In issue view page the description field is editable. User can edit and save the read-only field value.

Expectation:
In issue view page the description field is read-only and selecting edit icon ( the pen) should show the issue view dialog.
