Improve Search in Issue Picker

    Description

      We have a custom field "MULTIPLE ISSUE PICKER" with a constraint JQL filter.

      When a user begins to write a ticket number, and a space, like "RQ-65 ", the filter doesn't work very well. It shows a lot of tickets unrelated (RQ-658,RQ-657...).

      The problem is, there are only 10 results showed. So we can't pick our issue RQ-65 at all... And as we have a lot of tickets (like 2000, with quite similar titles), it seems impossible to find them by their names.

      No RQ-65, even if we add a space after RQ-65.
