      Description

A Jira administrator would like to pre-populate the create (or edit?) issue page, both in Jira Service Desk and in other contexts, based on some data that I can easily pass to the users, such as URL query string parameters or URL fragments.

For example, if I give a client a link like:
      https://mysite.site.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/1/create/69?summary=bbb
...then I'd like Behaviours to auto-populate the summary field with the string "bbb".

      See, for example, https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Adaptavist-questions/JIRA-Scriptrunner-access-URL/qaq-p/652488
