      Description

The method getBehaviourContextId() returns a null value with a constrained issue dialog if the dialog is displayed as a new page.
The problem can be observed if the fragment is positioned on the system.top.navigation.bar section.

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Create a "Create a constrained issue dialog" Script Fragment positioned on the system.top.navigation.bar
      • Add a behavior script to call the getBehaviourContextId() method, like the example here
      • Open the system menu (for example go to the Script console)
      • Click on the fragment button available on the top navigation bar to show the constrained issue dialog

      Expected result

A new dialog pops up to create a new issue, and the method getBehaviourContextId() returns a value

      Actual result

A new full page gets loaded to create a new issue, and the method getBehaviourContextId() return a null value

The issue can be reproduced with Jira 7.13
