Scripted multi issue picker selects multiple items with one click

Steps to reproduce

• Create a scripted multiple issue picker and add it to a screen
• Click on the issue picker, the first value in the list of issues will be highlighted initially.
• Keep the first value highlighted and then type in an search query that filters the issues to not contain the initially selected issue
• Select a filtered issue

If executed correctly, you should see two issues get added to the issue picker, the one that was initially highlighted, and the filtered issue that was selected.
