Behaviour - Required field configuration is not reflected

Steps to reproduce it:

1. Configure field configuration A for Bug issue type.
2. Configure field configuration B for Task issue type. Set custom field A to required.
3. Associate this two field config to Project A
4. Create a behaviour and map only to Project A and Bug issue type.
5. Configure the custom field A as required.
6. Go to Create Issue screen, you will see the custom field A shows required - OK:
   
7. Change Task to Bug issue type - OK:
   
8. Change back Bug to Task issue type - NOT OK:
   
9. After click Create button, then only shows the field required:
