Post function "Transition parent when all subtasks are resolved" now requires Resolution Field

A change was made to the "Transition parent when all subtasks are resolved" Post Function which now forces the user to choose a Resolution to set for the parent Issue.

This should not be required as there are use cases where the users may not want to set a resolution on the parent issue when all subtasks are resolved.
