      Description

If you have issues with a very high number of comments it can hold the re-index up for a long time.

For example, an issue with 26,000 comments may take 20 minutes to re-index that one issue and in the logs, it appears as though the re-index is stuck at a certain percentage.

The problem appears to be related to us making to many calls to the database when we run the indexer so this bug is to track our optimization of this process so we do not hold up the re-index process.

      Steps to reproduce:

1-Create an issue with a very large number of comments

2-Try to run a re-index and track our last comment re-indexer calls to the database
