Description
In some circumstances (likely environmental), the service desk portal will fail to load after selecting a request type, if ScriptRunner is installed.
The following error will be present in the JavaScript console:

This seems to be related to the removal of our dependency on Select2, but it is unclear why this has such an effect on the portal JavaScript.
