Improve Project Selection on Version Synchroniser Listener

When the Target Project(s) list gets too long, it is hard to do the selection, especially when you accidentally single-clicked it, you lose all the currently-selected and have to re-select.

In addition, it is hard to see the currently selected projects when the list is long, it would be great to have a list shown for that as well.
