Description
When searching for Issues in Jira using the Issue Picker field, it's only possible to create a query which uses the Issue Picker's Issue Key value: "Issue Picker" = KEY-123.
Users would benefit from being able to search for Issues by the Issue Summary and Issue Key. For example: "Issue Picker" = "Summary text...".
This would allow users to search for Issues that contain Issue Picker values related to a particular topic without knowing the exact Issue Key in advance.
The end result would be a combination of the JQL searches: "Issue Picker" is not EMPTY and summary ~ "summary value", only the summary searches for the Issue summaries contained within the Issue Picker field.
Please see mockup attachment.
