Database field change to its internal ID after stop watching SD ticket

Steps to reproduce (reproduced in Jira 8.14.0):

1 - On a Service Desk project add a DB Picker field in a request type

2 - Create a new request and fill in DB picker added and then click on Don't Notify me link

3 - Then DB picker change the value to its ID
