Users can see the names of the projects that the Behaviours are mapped to, when looking at the list of Behaviours.
However, if the User doesn't have browse permissions to a Service Desk project, instead of the project name, it showing the message: "Service Desk with id X not found".
As a user,
I want to have some clearer verbiage for that error based on whether the project doesn't exist or I don't have permission to access it.
So that the User will not be confused because the same "Service Desk with id X not found" error will also show if the Service Desk project was deleted.
Bonus: If the User is a System Admin, show the Behaviour mapping project's name anyway, even without project browsing permission.
If the project is deleted, remove the deleted project mapping from the Behaviour configuration.
