Web Item Fragment REST Endpoint run twice in Issue detail view

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Create a Web Item and Rest Endpoint following our documentation.
2. Web item configuration
   
3. Rest Endpoint configuration
   
4. Open issue detail view from Backlog
5. Click on three-dot to select more action:
   
6. Click on our Web-item

EXPECTATION:

The fragment REST triggers once and shows only one Flag.

ACTUAL:

The fragment REST trigger twice and show two Flag.

In the HAR file request:

WORKAROUND:

Click the fragment from the issue view screen. The Endpoint will trigger once as expected.
