Not able to search Issues when using lower-case partial Issue Key in Issue Picker field

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an Issue Picker scripted field, set the JQL to point to a Project containing some Issues
2. Add the created scripted field into an existing Screen
3. Access the Screen where the created scripted field was added in
4. In the Issue Picker field, search for the Issue using lower-case partial Issue Key
   • E.g.: The Issue Key is 'QQQ-1', search using 'qq'

Expected Behaviour

The Issue can be found, just like how it is when using upper-case partial Issue Key

Actual Behaviour

The Issue cannot be found using lower-case partial Issue Key

Workaround

Search using the lower-case Issue Key including the numeric digit
