When hiding a picker field such as Database Picker, Issue Picker & Custom Picker on the JSM request type screen, Jira asks the user to preset a value for the field. However, there is no selection available.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Script Picker Field, e.g. Database Picker
2. Add it to the JSM screen. 
3. Try to hide the field.

Expected Behaviour

A form pops up asking the user to pre-set the value for the field. And the user is able to.

Actual Behaviour

A form pops up asking the user to pre-set the value for the field. However, there is no selection available.
